MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS MONTH
As we welcome the arrival of May, it's important to recognize the significance of Mental Health Awareness. During this time, please remember to prioritize self-care and make time for yourself. Mental health is a crucial aspect of our overall well-being and should not be overlooked. Before we can effectively support others, it's essential that we first take care of our own mental and emotional needs. Here are some tips Concern EAP shared.
Phishing emails have become increasingly common, with scammers constantly finding new ways to trick individuals into revealing sensitive information. It’s more important than ever to know how to spot these fraudulent messages, whether through suspicious links, urgent language, or unverified sender addresses, to protect yourself and your data from being compromised. Check out this flyer to learn more about what to look out for in these scams.
We have a new feedback email available to everyone (both staff and CMs). Feel free to scan the QR code above or email feedback@sjcccs.org directly. If you have any questions about this new channel of feedback you can email Jasmine Fuentes.
