TOYS FOR TOTS IS BACK!

Toys for Tots is here! Sign up to recieve free toys for your children this holiday season! Each corpsmember or staff member can register up to 3 children, ages 0-14. Last day to sign up is November 26th, 2025. For questions, please contact Cris P.

CPR/AED/FIRST AID TRAINING

A new group of corpsmembers (and one staff!) earned their CPR certification this week! They learned how to perform CPR, use an AED, and provide basic first aid. Valuable skills for both work and everyday life. Congrats to everyone who got their new certification!

COLLECTING BEVERAGE CONATAINERS

Zero Waste corpsmembers collect beverage containers like glass, tin, and plastic to help support recycling efforts. They pick them up from businesses around Sunnyvale, including stops like the Treehouse Hotel Silicon Valley. It's all part of keeping our community clean and reducing waste. Along the way, corpsmembers like Jacob enjoy moments that make the job special, like spotting an iconic "Luv Bug", a classic Volkswagen covered in lush greenery and vibrant flowers. 

"We are grateful to see things like the bug on a daily basis. This is one of the many things that makes me and as well as my colleagues, excited to go to work every day." - Jacob.

It's time to recognize our September Corpsmembers of the Month! Congratulations to Isis, Kenneth, and Steven for their continued hard work here at the Corps. 

OUR RECENT CHARTER SCHOOL GRADUATES

Time to celebrate our Charter School graduates! Sergio is planning on getting his Class A license, Andrew plans to enroll in community college for Computer Science, and Bryan plans on pursuing a career as a firefighter. We’re proud of their hard work and excited to see them achieve their goals!
