A paid opportunity to learn and explore Santa Clara Valley! Through the utilization of lectures, assignments, chapter discussions, and in-person field trips, corpsmembers participate in hands-on and field-based activities. They focus on experiential learning and exploration of the Santa Clara Valley's natural resources to increase the knowledge and commitment to environmental stewardship. Steven Millan wanted to give a special shout-out to corpsmember Meranda Rouse. "Meranda is the kind of corpsmember that everyone knows due to her positive attitude, passion for the environment, and great sense of humor. Meranda always takes the initiative to inform her fellow corpsmembers about various environmental issues in our local community. She's a fast, adaptable learner who in her spare time can be found promoting bioblitzes in our community!"

Excite Credit Union came by to do a Budgeting and Saving presentation for corpsmembers. They gained insights into the significance of budgeting, saving, and developing healthier financial habits. Thank you to Excite and corpsmembers for stopping by and participating!
Giselle Tavarez and Dany Resendiz's crews joined forces to tackle a significant volume of litter, emphasizing safety as their top priority every step of the way. Together, they collected more than 70 bags of trash along with bulky items. Special thanks to both supervisors and corpsmembers for their dedication and hard work.
