Are you in need of baby supplies? The Support Services Department is hosting a Baby Depot on December 23rd where corpsmembers are welcome to pick out a few supplies from their baby stock at the Berger office (rm 218). Items will be given out on a first come, first serve basis and stock is limited so be sure to stop by and grab some items for the holiday season!

Corpsmembers Dakijha, Erick, and Christopher, along with fellows Leslie and Calla, earned their electric forklift certification this week! Congratulations on this impressive achievement!
Our A-DRT crew in North Carolina recently shared photos from this week's mut and gut operations. The term"Muck and gut" refers to the initial phase of cleaning up a building affected by flooding or disaster damage. This process involves removing mud, debris, and damaged materials in order to prepare the structure for rebuilding. This team may be knee-deep in dirt, but nothing phases them—they’re proving that sometimes the dirtiest jobs come with the most satisfaction!

Prioritizing your emotional well-being involves setting aside time for self-care, practicing mindfulness, and seeking support when needed. It's essential to recognize your feelings, set healthy boundaries, and take proactive steps to nurture your mental health. For more guidance, please read the resource we have provided.
