This week's photo features corpsmembers at Albertson Parkway Trail moving mulch to beautify parts of this walking path in the Santa Teresa neighborhood. Their hard work is helping to create a cleaner, greener environment for the local community to enjoy. Awesome job!

There have been growing concerns among local communities about the possibilities of deportation of undocumented residents. To help put minds at ease, we wanted to share this recent article where the Mayor of San Jose, Matt Mahan, and the city's Chief of Police, Paul Joseph, assure residents that officers will not detain, question, or arrest individuals just to determine if they are undocumented. For more details, please check out the article above.
