Steps to Access Your W-2
Although tax season won't officially start until January 27th, you can get a head start. If you do intend to start early here is how to access your W2 from SJCC+CS. Please follow the steps below or click on the "how to" button.
Log in to your Paycom Employee Self-Service® account at https://www.paycom.com/login/.
Navigate to the “My Payroll” section on your dashboard.
Select “Year-End Tax Forms” and click on the W-2 for 2024 to view, download, or print.
If you experience any difficulties accessing your W-2, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Payroll or HR
The last day to file your taxes is Tuesday, April 15th, 2025.

Corps Futures recently brought corpsmembers to San Jose Fire Station #21 for an inspiring visit! There they were able to meet Captain Anthony Ibarra, a seasoned firefighter with experience in both the San Jose Fire Department and as a wildland firefighter with the U.S. Forest Service. The thoughtful questions, engagement, enthusiasm, and conduct of our corpsmembers left a great impression. A big thank you to all the corpsmembers who participated and the staff who helped make this event a success!
